Hiba B'irat is a Palestinian-American human rights researcher and lawyer. She holds a master's degree in International Law and Human Rights from the American University Washington College of Law. B'airat worked as a legal researcher with several civil society organisations in New York and New Jersey, and is currently heading the Jerusalem website of the Palestinian American Center.
